Pet Policy

Welcome to a community that understands and embraces the joy and companionship pets bring to our lives. We are pleased to offer a pet-friendly environment where your furry friends are celebrated.

Our comprehensive pet policy is designed with both you and your pets in mind, ensuring a harmonious living experience for everyone. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a variety of breeds accepted. We also offer pet amenities such as designated pet play areas, waste stations, and pet-friendly walking.

Pet Screening and Management


 

Our management group partners with PetScreening.com to streamline the process of screening pets in our communities. This service handles all aspects of managing pet records, including validating reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals. By utilizing PetScreening.com, we ensure all residents are fully aware of our pet policies, and our team can efficiently manage animal records for the property.

All current and prospective residents are required to create a PetScreening.com profile, regardless of whether they plan to have a pet in their apartment. Residents with pets will receive a Fido / Paw Score upon completing their PetScreening.com profile. This score determines the acceptance of your pet and any applicable fees. Below, you will find the fee information, pet fees, pet rent, and a list of restricted dog breeds. All current residents are required to renew their profile information annually. 

To ensure the most accurate Fido / Paw Score, it is important to complete all fields within the PetScreening.com profile. All pets must be spayed / neutered and properly inoculated. If additional information is added at a later time, and results in a higher score, a refund will not be issued for the difference. Applicants and residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com profile fee. Please contact our property management office for questions regarding our service animal policy.

Pet Fee

Pet Fee is determined by your pet's Fido / Paw score, and is a non-refundable fee required prior to move-in.

Pet Rent is determined by your pets Fido / Paw score, and is a monthly fee added to the lease agreement.
